Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final and therefore returns and refunds are not available. If you have an issue with your jewelry, I encourage you to reach out via email.

 

Please note, I am not responsible for lost mail. Once the package is dropped off at USPS, it is out of my hands. IF your mail is lost, please reach out via email as well, and we will start a claim for you with USPS.

Shipping Policy

Jewelry that is pre-made, take 2-3 business days to process and an additional 2-5 business days for USPS tracked shipping depending on where you live in the U.S.A.. For International** orders, shipping time varies but averages around  2-4 weeks.

Made-to-order jewelry pieces' processing time usually takes a week but this does depend on demand and material. Each made-to-order piece has a specific processing timeframe posted in their info section.

Custom Orders usually an average of 1-2 weeks for processing/creating but can exceed this due to material demands.

If there are any delays or issues with an order, an email will be sent out.
