A Non-Refundable
deposit of $80 USD is now required for Custom Orders to secure your spot for .925 Sterling Silver and Gold-Filled metal options. Each deposit of $80 is deducted from your total and covers 1 jewelry piece per deposit. Custom minimums are a $80USD. I will not work with brass, copper or plated metals. If you have a larger Custom Order request in regards to quantity or solid gold metal preference, please reach out via Email before paying your deposit as the deposit will be increased.
 
Once your spot is reserved and I review your Custom Order Info, I will follow up through email within a week to finalize your custom order plan. Phone call consults are also available by request.
 
Custom Orders are scheduled by month, not by specific dates within the month you choose. This is because specific supplies that are not already in studio will need to be ordered, which may take up to 2 weeks to come in.
 
DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If you need to change the month of your custom order, please reach out via email. IMPORTANT: once your custom is finished you have 1 week to pay your remaining balance. If you do not pay your balance within the 1 week, you will inquire a 10% late fee for EACH additional week your balance is not paid.
